How are the Falcons doing over there? I don't remember if Ameristar was going to RVSM them or not.

I heard an Ameristar requesting FL410 two nights ago, so I'm assuming that particular aircraft was rvsm'd. However I was talking to a few crews in the lovely place called HKS about 8 months ago and they were saying that their company was not doing rvsm. So who knows, maybe that Lear was retrofitted.

I talked to some old friends of mine at a cargo outfit, and their boss elected not to comply with RVSM. So they say, in the middle of the night, ATC occassionally wavies the RVSM and lets them climb if there isn't too much traffic...

Ameristar has already RVSM'd many of there Lears. They will all be done ASAP. The Falcons will be RVSM'd once the Lears are finished.
