So who would you like to see in the left seat of an RJ... besides mainline pilots because we know that kind of flying is below them
Basically, someone who comes from a CRM background, can be trained in just the aircraft and operations specifics, and who won't be a danger to themselves or others in a jet aircraft.
PCL mins for upgrade are pretty spot-on, TM may have been many things, but he wasn't an idiot.
3,500 hours with 1,000 turbine and/or 3,000 hours total time with at least 500 hours in the aircraft is plenty low enough.
