It's rare I know, but when you get an extended overnight, anyone have any favorite golf courses they like to pay when on the road?

I've been playing for 3 years and am sick of the shopping and eating out routine on my overnights.

West Coast courses preferred.

Thanks Jana

I like Cengkareng in Jakarta. It is right by the Sheraton at the airport. All female caddys. Great course with good amenities :D or is that good course with great amenities ? :p

Dubai was my favorite. It cost me 250 bucks but what else do you do on a five day layover during ramadan and the Cyclone club is closed during the day.
Subic was the cheapest at 35 bucks with a girl caddy. Bad sunburn though.

Galaxy aviation west palm has crew rates for golf courses!

Galaxy at west palm has crew rates for different golf courses! we paid 18/18holes with cart!

nice professional course and super cheap!

SLC - Eaglewood. Up in the hills so summer golf is still pleasurable. $50
LGB - Sky Links. Nicely redone city course. $50
ONT - Empire Lakes. Awesome Arnold Palmer Signature course. $85

All prices were within the last 3 years and include clubs. Usually on weekdays.

If you can/ check out some of the various military courses around the country. (Of course you have to be able to get on the base, or the course has to be open to both the public and military)... The course at Ft. Lewis, WA (in South Tacoma), is one of the nicer ones and I think I paid a total of $40 for cart, club rental, and green fees.

Precidio

Done this many times. Bring your clubs to a long SFO overnight downtown. Take the #1 Bus, which runs along California St westbound. Get off at Aquadilla St. Walk one block north to the Presidio. Used to be an Army base. Beautiful course, About $52. Walk for $32.
