most airlines have mins specified, and in years past when everyone was hiring like gangbusters, the multi time column was the important one. now, if you've got the minimum required multi time, and a bunch of turbine time to boot, even if it's single engine turbine, that would be a nice thing to see if i was doing the recruiting. then again, if i saw a guy with the minimum multi time and XX amount of turbine... and another guy with two or three times as much multi time but no turbine, i'd probably call the guy with more multi time in for an interview.
and yes, i agree, PIC time is what everyone wants to see. the above rambling is assuming all that multi or turbine time is PIC. i would think more multi engine pic time is better than the minimum required plus a bunch of sic turbine.
don't forget, the application gets you the interview... you get yourself a job by a successful interview, not a successful application. most airlines proclaim the mantra, 'we hire pilots, not logbooks.'
