Found the information I was looking for. Im posting it in case someone in the future might need the info.

Datum = Leading Edge of Wing
All Arms are in Inches
+ Arms = Aft
- Arms = Forward

Allowable c.g. range: 10.6" to 22.7"

Oil Arm = -29
Fuel Arm = -18
Front Seat Arm = 9
Back Seat Arm = 36
Baggage Arm = 49

Tje J-3 is a rear seat solo because of a CG issue. When you change the fuel tanks(like putting some in the wings for the bigger motora) and stuff like this it changes everything. Most of those a/c you can solo from the front.

If you feel like ballasting a 800 pound airplane that has a 65 horse motor, you're probably doing more harm than good. Dude, it's a J-3. It can barely kill you as it is. Just relax and enjoy.
