The retro pay clock will start at the amendable date, not the cooling off period. And I believe this pilot group will be looking closely at the retro pay issue because they know very well how this management team drags their feet.

Wasnt that what the Comair pilots thought too - full retro pay?

Since I dont recall the details - how much retro did they finally get after walking a strike line?

I wouldn't spend that retro check to fast.I'v maybe recieved 15% of what I though they owed me over 3 / 4 contracts in 26 yrs..Good luck.
