Earlier this week had a check airmen from pinnacle jumpseating and he was telling me that the training dept. shows a video to the new hires of the 410 crash and in the video you see body parts. I understand showing a crash site picture but to show body parts, that seems a little disrespectful.

Can someone tell me if this is true? if this is true then your training dept. really is the worst.

Not true, I'm in class right now and they showed us a picture of the wreckage in CRM. There were no body parts.

Not true. The bodies weren't found until a few days into the search, and all of the photos you see were taken the morning after the crash.

ataopsdave ...... You be right in your thinking news to come soon.

You will long since have upgraded from flap operator by the time there's a contract.

Did anybody hear about how the mediation went this week for the contract...my guess is not too good

Official release from the MEC coming up later this week, but your assumption is correct. We made no ground whatsoever.
