There is one problem with Doug Shockey's comment... Second... we have had the financing for more A/C for some time now.. the contract is what is holding up that play. No investor (bank or otherwise) is willing to finance to 9E without a pilot contract. Unlce Phil has been shopping for some time now, hence the decorative improvements the company has made over then last 6-8 months. New SOC, PBS, ACP's, phone systems, manuals and other odds and ends.
