my passport hadn't arrived yet for my interview either, but I brought with me the proof that I had applied for it, and that was fine. You can do the same with the FCC license as well. Good luck trying to say that you have your first class medical scheduled though, I don't think that will work.

I wouldn't take any chances if you want the job. Show up with everything. I put a rush on the passport, cost a lot, but got there in time. I even called them to tell them I was waiting for it to come in the mail and requested interview dates for the next month..... they gave em to me.
