Just curios if anyone who knows.

Are there are sections that have been agreed on? What sections are still being negotiated (compensation, scheduling, etc.) ?

Any progress updates?

Please note that there is no flamebait intended here.

I am just interested in where negotiations stood at this point, now that the contract became amendable about 443 days ago.

Over 50% of the sections have been TA'd. They have become stuck on the compensation areas and just this week enlisted the help of an independant mediator. Right now they are meeting for 5-6 straight days to see if there might be any movement.

The company keeps saying they want something fast, but just keep coming back to the table with same re-hashed attempt at a contract that is well below the bar.

The total compensation that the pilots are asking for is somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 million a year. That's very small portion of the total brought in at this company, but you would think it was everything when talking to management.

We will either have a full TA in 1-2 months or more like 4 years. I'm not holding my breath.

last I heard, in Vegas they are taking bets on the over/under for the contract, 4 years is the number. Place your bets!

Drink up
