WOW..you nailed right on the head.. Pinnacle is going to interview CFI and people that went through the ATP program. That just screams PFT. Last time I check PFT stood for pay for traning now maybe I missed it but that website says nothing about any kind of job at Pinnacle...just an interview with the Chief... Last time I check Pinnacle does not charge anything for initial new Hire training.. but since u are all almighty flying the E170 then I could be mistaken
 
Well, if you have $25 grand laying around, 350 hrs in your logbook, and can get at least an 85% on the ATP written they may offer you employment at Pinnacle and then you can give the cash to ATP to do their program.

If you are going to hire me, then hire and put me in training to fly the plane I am hired to fly. Don't hire me then make me pay for my own training in a single engine prop before I am allowed to train for your airline.

It may not be PFJ in some eyes but it definetly is walking the line for the folks that take ATP up on this offer.

As for the ATP CFIs, kudos to them, that is a great way to get in there!
 
This is a new Low for PCL???? Of course we all know that CHQ and it's sisters don't have any hiring alliances or bridge agreements with any college or flight school.

Read da message, beotch! You gotta pay $25 grand fo da trainin at ATP 'fo you get da job. A new low! Of course, you butt pirates will be the first to make the mistake of labeling them as SCABS, TOOLS, or D0UCHEBAGS. That is the usual limit of your vocabulary. Which is why ghetto talk dumbs it down for the average regional pilot to understand.

P.S.- Soon I will be in the almighty left seat of a COEX E145.

FO da trainin?? at ATP u moron... everybody except for the military paid for training. ATP is offering a program to get an interview thats it

and for left seat congrats are in order. I wish I could one day be in the left seat but I just dont know im to scared to be in charge but it must be easy for u I just hope ur FO is a furlough from XJT so you can tell him/her how much the F*ed up and how u are so much better them

Thanks for the kind words. If I have to fly with them, they better just keep quiet or they will be yanking gear instead of flying. Any disgruntled XJT commuters can find another ride to work. Ain't taking no backtalk from no fools!

So its official its ok to pay to for it as a decision you make. However, for a company to bid on it when it is put up for bid is not ok. Interesting..... But as long as flying is up for bid how about NWA?
