Just wanted to see if anyone has heard anything about what the new pay may be at Pinnacle after the negotiations if it even happens.

Also, how long have new hires been on reserve lately. Last I heard was 2-3 Months.

Well the BS proposal by mgt. back in Jan was a 20 % increase in FO pay for 2nd year, and a 5 % paycut for capts. across the board..... total crap, but who know what will happen....

as far as reserve goes... it really depends on your base... if you are in DTW, not long at all... the lines are really good there, and you will probably only be on reserve for a month or two... MEM and MSP... now thats a different story.... i know people who are still on reserve there after 6 months!

This was outright rejected with extreme prejudice! Stay Tuned, the saga continues

The rumor is that the sections are being knocked out pretty quickly as of late. Increase to 1st and 2nd year FO rates to bring them in line. Very minor increase in CA pay, like a few percentage points only. 401k improvement. Nothing earth shattering, but definitely better. But nothing is for sure until the TA is out, so we will still have to wait and see.

Do you know how current your info is? Because I know the word over the last couple of months was that things were moving quick. But more recently the rumor was that things were moving quickly because they were only working out the easy sections and the meat of the ta (compensation, ect.) had yet to be addressed. That's great, though, if your info is newer/more accurate.
