Pinnacle MSP upgrades effectively end.

How far are you from upg? Can't be to long now, just keep a bid in for it and eventually it will happen if you insist on staying in MSP. It will happen tomorrow if you go to DTW.

Just a few months from having the time. I hope it won't be to late. I won't be commuting to reserve at Pinnacle. My time at home and with family is worth more than how my life would be with our reserve system. Plus, having to get a crashpad or buy hotel rooms would significantly offset the payraise.
 
Remember, just cause those 15 planes are leaving, it doesnt mean a reduction of flying. We didnt have those 15 planes until Jan 1st of this year, plus when we did have them, we couldnt use all of them becuase of staffing. Also, all of last year was flown without them and Although MSP was pretty slow movement, it wasnt bad. Plus, NWA will probably test out new markets with the 200, and I wouldn't rule out eventually NWA exchanging some of our 200s for 700s or 900s as well.
