From experience, you didn't get it. I interviewed in January, made it through all 4 parts and didn't hear from them until early May...and it was another interview offer. The HR lady said she forgot to send the "yes/no" letter. Don't really care anyway as I am completely happy where I am today. Perhaps they can't keep up with things seeing how much they interview. Just give it some more time. All hope is not lost. In the mean time, I wouldn't focus on and wait for Pinnacle (unless you have your personal reasons to). If you sit and wait for the one you may really, really want, something better might just pass you by. Keep throwing out your resume. Someone will eventually bite.

I knew about 10-12 people who interviewed about 1 month ago down at DCA. All but one got the job offer. For most of them they got the call in about 3-4 days. There were a few who didn't get a call until 1 1/2 to 2 weeks later because Pinnacle's H.R. lost their paperwork. Keep hope alive.

They did tell me 7-10 days and it has not been that long yet, but you hear about guys who get called quick. I felt pretty good about the whole thing, but no word yet...

I got the call after 8 days.

on aviationinterviews it says only 30 percent pass the written part. Was that anyone's experience?

That number is actually supposed to be associated with the job offer rate. (30% who walk in the door get the job). I believe there are no concrete facts on that number though, just what someone heard.

they lost my paperwork, and then good ole cynthia just was like uh well i think we sent you out a letter, this was two weeks later. it wasn't my top priority plus the pay is garbage.. i was making more money freight dawgin it.

Sounds like a class act of a place.
