We do have an exception that we can use to get out of jail. You have to show that you have "listed" yourself for 2 flights (no wingtip flights allowed) to get yourself to work. You may use this exception once a year i believe.

Use it at your own caution, as it can be grossly interpreted by scheduling to your demise, and earn yourself a trip to the base mgr's office.

Can't we all just get along??

2 flights that can get you to work, Connections are ok as long as you have two flights out through the connecting city. We have 2 every rolling 12 month period. Can be on any airline..just show proof

Every call in honest will earn you a trip to your respective base manager to provide your "proof." Unfortunatley to many commuters gamed the system so the company eliminated the scheduling departments ability to code the absense appropriately.
