Did 80 for 80 answer my question?
It seems like there was a quote from him but no post?
I do remember the phrase from the late 80's(?),
but 80/hr wasn't much better then than now for flying
MD80, assuming we're talking Captain's rates..
Oh, well, sorry for sidetracking the topic.

I heard 80 for 80 meant that the Horizon guys would fly the MD-80 for 80K.

I could be wrong...
