There was a Captain Kammander ("Captain Commander?") at Eastern. There was also a Dick Head.

Now I here there's a F/O at a northern regional carrier whose surname is the eastern European tongue-twister "Chrachakz."

"Crash-Axe?"

Cool Names

A guy by the name of Milo High
(he was reported to be Elvis's ex-pilot) flew with a copilot having the name Sue Cloud.

The best ever works with us, last name...

Pontious

He's gotta be sick of the jokes, though most of the heathens that he works with probably don't get it.

We also have a feller by last name Candler. I'll bet he gets zero sleep in the cockpit.

Also, There's an instructor at FSI in Wilmington named Dick Washer.

...but our FSDO employs four Dicks.

Only four!! Thought they're would be many more at each FSDO.

Kind of reminds me about the movie "Spaceballs," where he goes, "I'm surrounded by a bunch of A$$holes." :D

television news-caster up north by the name of Richard Johnson; read an article in a newspaper in Texas, columnists name was Richard Hedd. And just recently read a different article (can't remember which magazine or newspaper, just remembered the name) .. this poor guy's name was Benjamin Dover.

some of these are unbelieable, but i assure you, they're for real!

There used to be a guy who hung around the airport who was named Richard Short

Can you imagine in school when the teacher called the roll?

SHORT, Dick?

and he would have to raise his hand?:D

I never thought I'd really have an opportunity to say this, but my wife went to school with a guy named Philip Illatio.

Ok, midlifer, the BS meter is gettin' hot! Does she have an album with his name in it?

Couldn't make this one up...Horstas A. Uzpurvis. My brother had a friend who would call this guy up and ask him what the "A" stood for.

Packer

There is a guy who has a mtx shop on a grass strip in OH by the name of Dick Packer. Good guy, but jeez . . his parents must not of liked him very much.

regards,
FlyWest
