That's a very open ended question. Where in the country? QOL? (On call? Hard Days off, ect...)

Qualifed? do you mean current SIC sim school? Current type ect?

I think the question is what should a lear 45 SIC or PIC with flight safety training be making in various parts of the country. QOL=on demand pilot. Crazy hours with some hard days off. Flying people is my guess.

Exactly Way2Broke. Are there any websites with pilot pay listed for various parts of the country flying small/midsize jets... people, no schedule, on demand charter...
