[Dumb Pilot]

It seems management has successfully divided and conquered the US pilot group.

Management haven't done anything but seat back, relax and watch us doing the division and disrespect to ourselves; WE are the ones that have divided the "classes" and WE are the ones that have created the Illusion that professionalism increases with the size of the A/C when in fact you have good and bad pilots at ALL levels and types of flying.
