Pilot earpiece

Has anyone tried an earpiece headset in a turbo prop? Specifically the plantronics, telex, and panther electronics. I was just curious if the noise reduction is enough.

Here is the site for panther, they make a lot of great claims. Can anyone give an opinion on them.

One problem I could forsee is the lack of an inter-phone, allowing communication with the other pilot.
