IS PDT having any legal problems with their ground instructors?

Um, why would they do a flyby when the FA could have looked out the window to see if the gear was down?

I landed just ahead of their fly by. We heard them on the radio and they said that they could see the problem out of the window. We were wondering the same thing at the time

Since it was a weekend, tower seniority dictates it was a woman there too, so they were screwed either way.
