Piedmont CASS INOP??

Just talked to one of our pilots that was commuting and said he got denied not only the jumpseat, but also a seat in the back by United and one other airline who I can't remember.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems or if they know when the company plan to fix this.

We're apparently having problems at XJT as well. I know we've been denied on several airlines since yesterday. I haven't heard anything regarding when it will be fixed.

Even if CASS is denied, you're still supposed to be able to sit in back.

Yeah, but try telling UAL that. UAL denied me about a month ago, sprinted over to WN and had no problem. Its always hard to tell (from our end) what's user error and what's a genuine system glitch.
