Best Western is where I used to stay. Quick reliable van service, nice folks and a restaurant on property. It's been several years but I think it was around $48 out the door with the 10th stay free. (602) 273 7251.

The Best Western is old, try the Drury Inn its completely renovated and its about $59 out the door, good shuttle, free breakfast and they have free evening appetizers

its spring training season for baseball , call the hotels there are always cancellations

La Qunita Tempe, short ride from airport with free shuttle service from 0500-1230 and cab arrangements at other times. Resturaunt adjacent.
