Chris summed up Perimeter pretty well, so I'm not going to add anything about Perimeter. Movement to right seat position is (almost) always from the ramp or the instructing side of the company. (The instructing is all MIFR, so less than a thousand hours and you're probably better off on the ramp) Since the company is in Canada the legal right to live and work in Canada is something that you need to have.

Perimeter acquired quite a few people from Skyward, what used to be a very large player in Northern Manitoba. For all the commentary, read along here. (It may take a while, it's 30+ pages.
Chris can probably better answer your questions about Perimeter. There is always AvCanada. You will definately get more responses to your question there than the Canadian forum on PPRUNE.

Bye bye.

Hey Bongo, I noticed that you have GA7 time in your profile. Are you a Mount Royal College grad? I am class of 97. Avcanada is a great website. I used to fly with the guy who owns it out of Calgary.
