Per Diem Rates?

Trying to figure out average per diem rates for the industry (we're in negotiations.)

Please share your per diem/hour rate here.

Ours is $1.75 with no international over ride.

SWA is $2.15 an hour. Starts at block out and ends at block in.

At SWA ours is $2.15/ hr, which also seems to equate to the average IRS allowable per diem rates (roughly $47/ day).

FedEx rates are $1.85 Dom., $2.65 Intl from beginning of trip to end of trip.

So, which is it? Is it based on trip time or duty time? Or am I reading this wrong?
