Anyone in the know about pen air?

Pay rates, upgrade time, equipment, workrules.

I think they are upgrading at 3-4 years. They don't upgrade on seniority, performance is what I here. Workrules, I'm not sure if anybody in the state has heard that word before?
I think there are a few guys with more info on this board.
 
some info

Pen air's fleet is tough to guess. They have maybe 5-10 saabs and 3-6 metros? Also several caravans navajos and cherokee 6s. They have bases in anchorage king salmon coldbay, and dillingham...thats all i can think of. I heard a little longer upgrade...but they have a codeshare for alaska and that seems to help them stay afloat vs. the competition who is not doing so well
 
I use to fly in Kodiak, AK. Heard you start off right seat in Saab or Metro, then fly the bush pic in cherokee 6 to learn to make decisions on your own. Slowly work up to Saab left seat. They pay well though. This is just what I heard a couple of years ago.
