PDT leave of absence?

Any PDT guys know anything about the possibility of getting a leave of absence longer than the contract's 90 days that we are allowed? Anyone know of someone getting a longer one, more like a year, etc? With the way PDT operates, I would imagine it takes a lot of jumping through hoops to go through this process.

go on medical,i thought you can do it up to 5 years
