Just finished CQ yesterday and heard that they are talking about starting a program that gives you $250(I think) for every person you recommend that gets hired and another $250 if they finish training.


Close...... First if they finish training.... Then if they hang out here for just 6 months!!!!!!! Still don't think its gonna help much!
 
I know that it's been said before, and I know that I should know better, but I can't help but be amazed that MGT (of any airline) doesn't realize that it is their responsibility to provide QOL and Pay which ATTRACTS employees and makes them WANT TO STAY!!! I'm quite confident that any unions would be happy to sign any LOA's which offer contract enhancements, so I know it's not a union contract/duration problem.

The idiocy of corprate managers just never ceases to amaze me.

Piedmonts contract is as good as any regionals! The problem lies in flying worn out ancient Dash 8's with no possible upgrade (Hence, extra money and QOL)!
Pay is one of the best compared to the equipment, its just there is no future or any talks about the future!

So..... No Upgrades! No Future! No New Equipment in Future! = Nobody want to come here! PERIOD!

And can't say I blame them!
 
WTF is with the`pilot seniority list now? They updated it and screwed it all up. I went from like 400 to 600 something. They even have an '03 hire listed after a bunch of '04 hires. Nice job.
