Sure are.....the first one (as far as I know) flew out to the boneyard last week. I've already seen a few t-6's over in the tweet pattern.

Although I liked Toby's best, another favorite was a bar/dance place called, IIRC, 'Dakota's' where they had the "sexy silhouette" contest on thursday nights. Damn near a strip club in there.

I thought I'd update this old thread being as it is that I've been down here a few months now. I actually didn't start until the end of April.

Yeah, there's plenty of T-6's down here now. The first T-6 class starts the end of July. Whether or not my class will be the last to fly the Tweet is undetermined. There may be another T-37 class after the first T-6 one. We hear different scoop on that topic daily.

We are still the baby class because they slipped a class after the crash. So our grad date got moved out 6 weeks and the next class behind us got a start date delay of 6 weeks.

Overall I'm having a great time. Busy, no doubt, but a great time nonetheless.

Toby's is alright, as is oldtown, outskirts, stage west, etc etc. If you've ever lived in a real city then wichita falls sucks, plain and simple.

Awesome program, and despite how old it is I'm diggin the tweet.
