PCL furloughing?

It's a little early for them to start furloughing. I'd give them till March before they run into trouble.

we are hiring 30+ plus a month right now with a class starting on Jan 3rd and Jan 22nd. There are no plans of layoffs right now.

That unfortunatly, doesn't mean much. There has been more than one company that has hired right up until starting furlough notices.
