In addition a company can't deny human beings travel on a public service....
Well that's the most incorrect statement of the day. Companies (i.e. airlines) deny "human beings" travel services every day. Luckily the FAA has clearly given us many good examples of situations that warrant denial of travel services. One of them is interfering between a crew member and his/her duties. Not saying this situation qualifies or not... that will be more clearly decided in the court system at this point. But if you think you don't have the ability to remove a passenger from your flight then you better get a cargo job.
