Dear Mr Foley,

I hope you can aquire a large box of soap on a rope. Also bring your dancing shoes for the judge.

Boo Ya!!!!!

Today the U.S. Bankruptcy court in Minneapolis entered an order that requires MAIR Holdings to comply with the requests of the Unsecured Creditors Committee appointed to Mesaba's case concerning documents that pertain to the relationship between MAIR, Mesaba, and Big Sky. The committee will also have the ability to depose officers of MAIR and others as appropriate upon a 30-day notice. Despite Mesaba management's frequent assertions that MAIR Holdings assets and relationship to Mesaba is not germane to the bankruptcy case, ALPA's position has always been that it is relevant, and today's order is clearly consistent with ALPA's position.

Whether or not this will be as big as I hope it to be, it sure has given me something to smile about! F#$K Foley.

Great Post! I Hope They Nail The Bastered. You Guys Have Put Up With So Much Crap Over The Last Few Years And This Guy Is Absolutely Worthless. It Should Be Known That Mesaba Has Great Bunch Of Guys That Deserve Much More Than This. Good Luck.

I would love to hear Foley's response as to what in the h*ll he does.

maybe they will see that we have millions in the bank, and can afford to not rape the pilots to pay for the "re structuring" of the company down to 49 saabs. Why rape us on 50-110 seat scale for a company that will have only 49 saabs? do i smell newco? mysterious investors being escorted around headquarters and the training facility with NWA execs (steinland), new rediculous pay scales, the writting is on the wall. Now is not the time to back down, i sure hope that the NWA people do not allow NEWCO, even though it might benifit me in a few month, i am not willing to sacrafice whats right andthe future of our industry. I know i will get laid off by march, that writting is on the wall in big letters.....even if it is just temporary. Anyone know the number to the MCdonalds management training program?

While Foley is an example of problems...stay focused on the primary issue!! Which is protecting Mesaba pilots!!! Good Luck!

That news report was from Dow Jones, reprinted in today's (Thurs) Minneapolis Star Tribune. The ruling was by the Judge who heard Tuesday's hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Minneapolis.
Typical bullshit response from company. "We are pulling all the Avros out by end of year".
Remember two years ago? Same scam.
49 saab fleet, or whatever, F*** them. NO CONCESSIONS! nwa can't afford to lose our income stream. They will not allow mesaba mgmt. to push us to a strike...but we are ready for it, anyway. As are the pilots at big brother.

Just maybe, it stops HERE!

Hey xjhawk, please check your spelling, ok? We may all be white trash, uneducated, back of the plantation whipsaw fodder to our "Betters" at mainline and to mgmt., but let's not confirm it for them, ok? just a friendly request...
