PART 135 Saab340 PAY?

Just heard from our company that we are getting Saab340's and wanted to get the median salary that yall would think a SAAB 340 CPT should make taking into consideration the market and what it should be. It would be operated close to 70 hours a month.

We were told 45K......tops!! Seems kinda low in my book, but just wanted to hear your opinion.........

After nearly 7 years of flying the Saab my previous company was paying me I believe around $50 an hour as a Captain. Working full time in the training department they paid a little more due to the 100 hour guarentee that we got.

One has to work pretty hard to fly 70 hours per month in the on-demand world. 45k would kinda hurt. I know a Cessna 402 driver that makes almost 40k. Out of curiosity are they ex-airline aircraft? The new frieghter conversion? Or is it that green and gray machine that's been in Executive Controller for the last year?
