Paragon

I used to fly into HKS and sat a couple of hours everynight with some paragon guys. They all seemed to be pretty content. the company has been growing, maybe too fast. I did hear their pilots often complaining about certain MX issues not being taken care in a timely manner.
I know that they fly caravans and some saratogas. chances are the new hires are going to be put into the piper, despite what they tell you. There is a long line for the caravan. last i heard they are even trying to expand out west. seems to be a good place for possible advancement though.

Paragon bought out Telesis (Dallas based) beginning of this year. A Paragon Caravan flies into Lubbock (then onto Abilene), instead of Telesis's Aerostar/402. Rumors flying around about what's next to come - personally I wouldn't put any weight on the rumors.

Mid 20's for a Van with 2 years commitment seems a bit much. Some FedEx Feeders will pay 35800 to start with a one year commitment and 1st class bennies...go figure.
