A pilot run airline might function if it ran like a squadron.

If I wanted to be in the military, I'd be in the friggin Military.

I dont think a pilot-ran airline is a good idea; however much we hate them, we would need management shmoes to do what they do best - screw everyone but themself.

I believe Kiwi was also a pilot owned airline as well.

It was and a very successful one as well till the pilots, drum roll please screwed it up and Iverson bailed.
