Yeah but how can United fly one dot high on that?! :bomb:
 
The approaches we train for every year in the sim but no one actually does them online?

Quito, Ecuador had one at the previous airport because an Iberia A340-600 overran the runway and took out the LOC. That was a couple years ago, and now there is a new airport away from downtown.

There are some places starting to use RNP approaches. MDW has one for 22L that is great and they use it often. It parallels the west arrivals at ORD
