Options trading w/ Chuck Hughes?

So I get this ad today from Chuck Hughes "gauranteed Real Income Program" and as I am reading through it I come to this letter where the guy says he used to be a commercial pilot & even used to fly flight 11 from Boston to LA. He poses the question if options trading saved his life!

Anyone ever fly with this guy? Or has anyone ever purchased this stuff with any lucky trades?

Be carefull... In a flat market, like we have been in for the last 3 years, option trading is not all that difficult.

my boyfriend also a pilot is a stock broker and commodities broker, options are ok, if you know what you are doing, both of us have invested in the stock market and made money and lost money, that is just the nature of the beast, are you a daytrader? Do everything on paper first. But you can, make money in stocks and options as well, even futures, just read about and play with paper first. We made our money in the stock market.

I never heard of call writing, but covered calls, is the thing, our investment was 50k, at a 2 dollar stock which went to over 20 bucks after 5 years.
