The training and checks were in accordance with the PTS guidelines. The same ride is given to the Options guys that the FJ have been getting since day 1.

We'll see how well the group of CL30 guys do.

This is the third thread you've dug up that is over a decade old.

That's UB's shtik. Usually he plays his one trick over in the Majors section. Must be fished out over there, so he decided to see what's biting over here.

Ok luckydog, or should I say Sky God, how about this?

The Flex training department that uses FlexJet pilots instead of neutral third party instructors is throwing a tantrum about the fact that Options pilots are coming over to Flex and doing everything they can to fail the Options pilots. Maybe they aren't as good as you, General Yeager, but then again maybe someone on the Flex side of this equation has an agenda that doesn't include fair check rides conducted according to the PTS. (And BTW, its REALLY easy to clean up your act when the FAA sits in on a checkride. Its not like the instructor doesn't know they're there!)

A little advice for you: Park the sanctimony. The Flight Options pilots didn't do this to you. Bombardier wanted to divest themselves of their fractional operation and DAC took advantage of a business opportunity. You are eventually going to have to play with the kids in the new sandbox you find yourself in and your success or failure is entirely up to you.
