I was watching the BBC this morning, and they just said that the Brits (who were holding up the process previously) along with the rest of the EU have signed on to an Open Skies Agreement. The news guy said that this agreement would allow any European airline to fly to any US city. Previously, the Brits held up this process since they held a very large amount of transatlantic slots.

Anybody else have any information on this? I'm wondering how the agreement might affect legacy carriers who are just getting back on their feet.
