Unfortunately, the job doesn't exist in Europe. You really don't realize how much you need something, until it's gone. You can't ever replace a good dispatcher!!!

Hmm as much as I miss flying the Avro, since you put it that way I think I will learn to like the CRJ9's

Eventually you do, but the IAA will let you fly with your FAA certs for a year or so. The conversion is just taking the 14 theory exams and a PC.

Ummmm.. do you have the slightest clue what is involved with these 14 exams? Clearly not.. The quickest I have seen anyone get through them is 5 months..
