Either the Flex pilots are going to get involved and have a seat at the table, or not. By then, it won't matter. The B scale pilots will be taking all of your upgrades.

I am sure the Flex pilots are seeing the big picture now and understand what is happening with the latest plan for crewing the CL350.

The union is asking the FO pilots not to accept those positions but unfortunately there are those who can't see what he is trying to do. I am sure there are also junior pilots at Flex who are going to bite at those positions.

It looks like the rest of us have no choice but to come together as one group and in the future negotiate a new fair way to fill all of those future positions on the Gulfstreams, Legacy 500, Globals, etc...
The alternative is just more of the same.

I'm still trying to figure out why a FO pilot would want to do the Red Lable thing. The pay scale starts at year 6, so that means your pay frozen at FO pay scale and probably a co-pilot for 6 years before that pay scale kicks in. I don't get it

Cause they know KR and are betting he beats the union. Don't underestimate KR he is very smart and does everything for a reason and right now defeating this union is his number 1 agenda.
