I'm cleaning up my logbooks, and I found some incomplete tail numbers. Anyone remember the full tail numbers for:
142 <--- "Frankenstein"
991
327 <--- "Flap Dropper"

991XJ
142XJ

and can't find a 327 in my book. I've got a 27XJ in there along with a lot of other weird tail numbered Saab's.

Thanks guys. 590MA, I remembered that one. 327 was a PX. That's the one where they burned up two sets of engines after the flaps decided to drop to full in cruise.

327PX
SN 59

If you're curious it's presently registered as ZS-PMS to Norse Air in South Africa. That's a long way from CMX!

Anybody remember WHY 590MA was doing that?.... After a lot of digging, MX found a brown sticky residue under the cender pedestal in the hell hole on some of the landing gear relays. Believed to be a pepsi that somebody dumped in the cender pedestal but not reported.
