Offline Jumpseating.

Simple. I deny all FAs. What are you gonna do now. Complain go mommy. Or cry? Or better yet post something on this board to get sympathy.

How about grammar, punctuation, and plain old normal talking? Besides, denying jumpseats for f/a's or pilots is up to the captain, not the flight attendant!

Hey -- that was a typo on my e-mail. Wrote "go" instead of "to" and couldn't edit it in time.

I'm aware that pilots or higher deny the jumpseat -- and that's how I plan to do it.

Judging by your last dozen posts, I'll go with trailer trash, uneducated, and plain old "stupid."

After you're done playing pilot, make sure and go back to the sandbox with the rest of the 5th graders, lunchtime is only 1 hour....that includes recess!

You can go ahead and TRY to deny the j/s but if I don't say "HI", how the heck would you even know. The company I j/s on gives me a seat assignment before I've even gotten to the gate. I'm holding a boarding pass.

btw, I DO say "hi and thanks" every time I can except when the boarding is such that I can't get to the cockpit.

Now what are you going to do if you suddenly find out that I'm actually a pilot? Start denying pilots too?

You and your attitude are exactly why I will fight against offering jumpseats to offline FA's at my company.

FlyUnited, I'm a little dissapointed. I count on the jumpseat to commute because I work for a charter, and it pisses me off that people like you will ruin my chance on getting the jumpseat. Obviously, you've never heard of common curtiousy. EVERYTIME I jumpseat, I always go to the captain first. Whether you like it or not, they do have the final say on whether you can jumpseat or not. For someone that commutes, it amazes me that you be rude enough to do this. I guess you'll learn your lesson when you piss off the wrong captain and see the plane backing from the gate without you because you wanted to be rude. Sounds to me that your in the wrong industry and you need to work for a job that doesn't deal with people.

How funny would that be? Imagine a pilot refusing a j/s because of all the hundred thousand people in the aviation industry, this particular j/s'er may be someone he saw on an internet board. Classic.
