How long do you have recall rights if you choose to bypass the initial recall?

If you by-pass, I think you have 10 years and then (as Ah-nold would say) you are terminated. You can use MLOA for 5 years. This recall also has language for a 3 yr or 5 yr PLOA option. It will be interesting to see how many numbers the ygo thru to get the min recall per month. I am guessing 50 numbers to get 30 per month.

Bad Feeling

I think the reason GG and management did not try to fight this is that it falls right into their Ch11 plan. They look like the good guys here in the eyes of the court. The previous poster is correct that some of these poor guys will leave their current position only to find themselves furloughed again in a few short months, sad. This is just another check mark on the ch11 to do list.
