NWA to file reorganization plan next week

According to reports in the media, Northwest Airlines Corp. will file its reorganization plan next week.
The Detroit News and Reuters reported Tuesday that the airline, which is operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, will meet the Jan. 16 deadline set by the bankruptcy court. NWA (Pink Sheets: NWACQ - News), which operates a hub at Memphis International Airport, has said it expects to emerge from bankruptcy by mid-2007.

It's too easy-----Oberstar (D, MN) will block it because a combined airline will not have a MSP headquarters---where his constituents are. DFW would have the headquarters. Nope.
