I like the part about payrates, and workrules to come later. LOL!!!
That just meant later in the document. I didn't post the whole thing. Here are the work rules for the 77-110 seat mainline small jet:

Work rule parameters not mentioned here are the same as other Mainline aircraft.
Scheduling.
• Monthly maximum. Variable 85-95 hrs.
• Monthly Guarantee. 68 hrs. Block / 70 hrs. Reserve.
• Reserve Minimum Days Off. 11 days, of which one block of no more than 4 days will be inviolate. At least one block of 4 consecutive days off required.

Training Freezes.

So the DC-9 replacements are at regional rates, lovely. Those airplanes carry about the same amount of passengers and are less expensive to operate.

I take it you will be bypassing recall, unless you can go straight to the bus.

LOL!!! When my two year old daughter reaches 16 I think I'll go back since I have the 14 year recall rights. She'll keep asking what this NWA is she keeps hearing about.

BTW - If a furloughed guy does go to SJet what year pay would he make?

THIS WHOLE DEAL IS A JOKE!!!!! Close the doors!!!

Baja.

Baja, I hope you're right.

I pray nightly that your pilots will vote this P.O.S. down.

You might as well walk up to a DC-9 pilot and say, "enjoy your pay rate you have now and SAVE UP, you're going to take a $40,000 hit within the next 24-36 months and it's going to stay like that for about 5-7 years."

Poor bastards. That T.A. is a JOKE. Anything over 50 seats belongs at mainline. Period.
