All you do is ask for more documents, dish out industry updates, and tell your supporters the fight is on strong.

Hey, they have to do something to keep those checks coming in to the RJDC's lawyers! How can they buy a new condo on the beach otherwise? Just keep those suckers happy so they'll keep sending money!!!

who cares what the turnout was. This is what we call a democracy. It doesnt matter if 99% or 51% vote. A majority wins plain and simple. You can give people the information but in the end it is up to them to A. actually vote and B. Vote how they want. You will never have a 100% turnout. They sent the message so arguing about numbers is just semantics. Will it actually work? Doubtful but only time will tell. Most of this is just part of playing the game in the end however concessions will be taken just like everywhere else.

Dirt Merchant - shouldn't you be stressing on the fact that Uncle Jerry is going to break your group and staple you to the bottom of the SW list?

ALPA or ALPO isn't "the beat all end all" but it is the group the NWA pilots have to work with currently. In the future, who knows....In house might be the way to go - I don't know. But right now we need lawyers and ALPA has them, that's what we paid for and they seem to be doing their jobs!!!

Fingers crossed that everything works out!!

Well, no it isn't. 20% not voting yes isn't that impressive for a radical group like the "cobra" NWA pilots. It will be more than 30% of the DAL pilots who don't vote yes. ....

Today, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, voting closed for the Strike Authorization
Ballot. Out of 5799 eligible voters, 5590 or 96.40% cast their vote. Of those who voted, a resounding 5295, or 94.72% voted
IN FAVOR of providing strike
authorization to the Delta MEC.

Delta pilots aren't used to what NWA pilots have gone through, so there should be more unity over there then here. Just like XJ's strike vote, i bet if there is a second round, less will vote.
