I concur Joe. From what I am hearing it may go down this way or a preferential interview. Fact is that if you do not get to class at NWA and canned your DAL HR interview you will not get in when we merge. Only before and on the NWA side.
 
Yes and No. After 36 months at Compass you are eligible for a number but that only comes to fruition when you manage to get hired by NWA. For instance, if you worked at Compass for 10 years and then finally got hired at NWA, your number would start then, not seven years prior.

Mostly right except its 30 months at Compass and you have to be a captain. This is up in the air at this point as well. There's a big meeting on June 2nd to decide who will represent CP pilots NWA MEC or a new CP MEC. If the representation changes so might the flow agreements and contracts. Time will tell.
