What is the first year FO pay scale in January 2008?

Are there any other contract changes or is this just a "cost of living" increase?

First year pay goes up to $30.09/hr. We do not have COLA increases at NWA, only the rates negotiated in the contract. We will be recieving a whopping 1.5% pay raise every year through 2011. As a new hire, you will hopefully get your pay raises by moving on to bigger equipment.

Probably longer than 2011,

That's when it becomes amendable. Knowing how

easy our group likes to vote "yes" and cave in

to mgt. I would expect it to be much later than

2011.
