Does anyone know when NWA is supposed to announce who or what the hell they are going to do about their 70 seat flying?

I F'ing hope not! I had one of those idiots tell me that he left PNCL to fly for them because he just wanted to fly a 70 seater. Then he proceeded to persuade me to leave PDT because I would make 3x's as much money there. I want some of that crack they are giving their pilots over there because it must be good...free crack giveaway!

Once the whipsawing is complete they will announce it. They are not quite finished ruining peoples lives yet.

It has to be negotiated between the NWA pilots and NWA as their current PWA specifies that mainline pilots must fly those aircraft. So either that will change in the 1113(c) bankruptcy process (if the judge were to allow NWA to throw out the PWA) or it willl be negotiated between the union and the company as to who is allowed to fly those aircraft (mainline or small jet provider).

Mesaba will have up to 70 seat Crj's (Avros will be gone)

Pinnacle will have up to 50 seat Crj's

Mainline will have EMB190's with America West pay rates.
